Dr. Ticker, from our Shoulder Service, lectured at the 2021 AOSSM-AANA Meeting July 8^th, in Nashville.  He spoke about rotator cuff tears, specifically how to identify and repair subscapularis tears arthroscopically.  Along with audience and panel discussion, he highlighted the importance of recognizing this tear pattern and steps to repair it for the best outcome.  A subscapularis tear with a rare bony ossicle and its repair with a minimally-invasive technique is shown, as viewed from the posterior portal in a right shoulder.
