Dr. Ticker was in Israel at an international shoulder meeting, the International Shoulder Safari, November 11-18, 2018. The Course Director was Ofer Levy, and Dr. Ticker assisted him on the Organizing Committee. The meeting including renowned shoulder surgeons from around the globe, including leadership from the American, European, and International shoulder organizations. There were many case presentations, of which Dr. Ticker presented twice.
